At Australian Boot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Pack Your Boots

Place the unworn boots back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy mailing satchel or shipping box.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized Australia Post location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
